Dr. George M. Evans is the founder of Evans Project Controls Ltd. He holds a BSc in Building Services Engineering, an MSc in Strategic Project Management, and an EngD in Civil Engineering specialising in Contractual Communication Risk Management. With extensive experience in mechanical engineering, M&E planning, and project management, Dr. Evans brings a wealth of expertise to the company. 

We offer three main services:

• Completed Data Report: A one-time report analysing completed project data.
• Completed and Ongoing Data Report: A one-time report using both completed and ongoing project data.
• Subscription Service: An initial report with monthly updates, providing continuous monitoring and insights.

Additionally, we offer ad-hoc consultancy services in scheduling, risk management, contract management, and project management.

Our services are priced as follows:

• Completed Data Report: price start from £499 per report
• Completed and Ongoing Data Report: price start from £649 per report
• Subscription Service:
  • 3-Month Plan: price start from £275 per month (4 payments)
  • 6-Month Plan: price start from £225 per month (7 payments)
  • 12-Month Plan: price start from £190 per month (13 payments)

Ad-hoc consultancy services are charged at hourly rates.

One-to-one Training services are charged at hourly rates.

The subscription service includes an initial comprehensive report using both completed and ongoing project data, followed by monthly updates. Each month, you will receive performance updates and ongoing monitoring meetings to discuss the findings and implement improvements. 

All reports are custom-written and emailed to clients in both PDF and Word formats for easy editing. The initial report is delivered within 2 weeks. 

We accept payments through Business PayPal. One-time reports are billed at the time of order, and subscription services are billed monthly. 

Our AI model analyses completed and ongoing project data to identify key inputs affecting cost and time. It then produces targets and KPIs to improve performance, as well as mitigation measures. This process helps clients focus on the most critical aspects of contract management and achieve better project outcomes. 

Our service is unique due to its foundation in advanced doctoral research and the use of AI-driven models. Unlike traditional consultancy firms, we offer a continuous improvement approach that provides clients with regular insights and updates, helping them stay on track and optimise project performance. 

 Yes, we offer additional consultancy services in scheduling, risk management, contract management, and project management. These services are available on an ad-hoc basis and are charged hourly.

We do not offer a free trial. However, we encourage potential clients to discuss their needs with us to ensure our services align with their requirements. 

Due to the nature of our services, we have a no cancellation policy. Clients are encouraged to thoroughly discuss their needs with us before committing to ensure our services meet their expectations. 

If through the modelling no key input can be found this may be due to the number of completed project and data provided. If this is the case a refund will be issued and no report will be provided. If however, you would still like some insights the modelling can be run with the full dataset to provide general guidelines on improving performance.
