3. Pricing

Our services are priced as follows:


Completed Data Report: £599 per report

Completed and Ongoing Data Report: £649 per report

Subscription Service:

3-Month Plan: £275 per month (4 payments)

6-Month Plan: £225 per month (7 payments)

12-Month Plan: £190 per month (13 payments)

Ad-hoc consultancy services: Charged at an hourly rate

4. Payment Terms

Payments for all services must be made through business PayPal. Subscription payments are to be made monthly, with a minimum subscription period of three months. No cancellations are allowed during the subscription period.


5. Delivery Time

Initial reports are delivered within two weeks of receiving the project data.

Monthly updates for subscription services are provided at the beginning of each month.


6. Consultation and Support

Each service includes an initial consultation meeting to discuss findings and develop an implementation plan.

Subscription services include ongoing monthly consultations to monitor progress and adjust strategies.


7. Data and Confidentiality

All data provided by clients is treated as confidential. Evans Project Controls Ltd will not share or disclose any client data without explicit permission.


8. Use of Reports

Clients receive custom-written reports in PDF and Word formats. These reports are for the client's internal use and may be edited as required. Any external distribution or publication of the reports requires prior consent from Evans Project Controls Ltd.


9. Model Updates

For subscription services, the model is updated monthly with new completed project data. This continuous integration allows for dynamic KPIs, providing real-time insights and enabling ongoing performance improvements.


10. Limitation of Liability

While Evans Project Controls Ltd strives to provide accurate and reliable analysis, the company is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that may arise from the use of our services.


11. Termination

Evans Project Controls Ltd reserves the right to terminate services if clients violate these terms and conditions. No refunds will be provided for terminated services.


12. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom.


13. Changes to Terms

Evans Project Controls Ltd reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes, and continued use of the services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Return and Refund Policy

3. One-Off Reports

Completed Data Report


Refunds are not available for completed data reports once the report has been delivered.

If there are issues with the report, clients must notify us within 7 days of receiving the report. We will work with you to resolve any issues and ensure the report meets your expectations.

Refunds are not available for completed and ongoing data reports once the report has been delivered.

Clients must notify us within 7 days of receiving the report if there are any issues. We will make necessary revisions to address any concerns.

4. Subscription Services

Initial Refund Period


Clients may cancel their subscription within 14 days of the first payment for a full refund, provided no reports have been delivered during this period.

After the initial 14 days, the subscription is non-refundable for the minimum subscription period (3 months).

Cancellation Policy


Subscription services require a minimum commitment of 3 months. No cancellations are allowed during this period.

After the initial 3 months, clients can cancel the subscription by providing written notice 30 days prior to the next billing cycle. No refunds will be provided for the remaining days of the current billing cycle.


5. Ad-Hoc Consultancy Services

Hourly Rate Services

Refunds are not available for ad-hoc consultancy services billed at an hourly rate.

If you are dissatisfied with the consultancy services provided, please contact us immediately to discuss your concerns.


6. Exceptional Circumstances

Errors and Omissions


In the unlikely event that an error or omission occurs in our report, please notify us within 7 days of receiving the report. We will correct the error at no additional cost.


Force Majeure


Evans Project Controls Ltd is not liable for any delays or failures in delivery caused by circumstances beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, technical failures). In such cases, we will work with clients to find a mutually acceptable resolution.
